Haha no worries, am honestly thinking i may just go for it - worst comes to the worst; i have to check it in and take out my hand luggage. For that reason ive been looking at one of these just to be on the safe side. Although that particular one is a little too big.

Its all fun and games this travelling lark eh?!

My first 'real' taste of it to be honest pal, and im loving it! Obviously nervous as hell and cant stop stressing about having everything organised but hey - thats whats making it so exciting!

What trips have you completed in the past?

I use duct tape and trash bags instead of a flight bag. This way I don't have to carry the flight bag with me on my trip.

Compared to some here, I've still got my trainer wheels on. Furthest I've been is Morocco. Drove around Europe in a £50 car last summer - want to go further (Siberia/Mongolia) but haven't the cash to do it on my own. Still have the car actually. Some Ryanair flights to Germany. France, Scotland/Ireland. Got a couple booked for Holland and then Sardinia over the next couple of months. Nothing epic so far, just short trips. Would like to go to Cambodia/Vietnam - maybe to work.

Lowe makes a great pack and you wont go wrong with it. I travel with the Kelty Goshawk 2200. Great pack, perfect size, light weight, super comfortable. I used it on a 4 month trip and loved it..
