hi there,I am an Australian male who is living in the UK on a 2 yr working visa and I am really keen on working a ski season in europe or canada over the coming winter and have done a little research through a few company websites (crystal, gapyear etc.) but i have found that these company's require 2 years of previous uk address' (which i have only been here for 1yr) and a permanent national insurance number which i cant get being a visitor.
I'm just wondering if any aussie's who have done a ski season in europe or anyone else in the know could give me some advice on how sort out this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.
p.s I am quite flexible on the country, any advice on where is best? cheers.

If I was you I would wait until your UK WHV is up and then try for a WHV to Germany, Norway, France or Canada. This way you could work legally. There is no WHV agreement with Austria or Switzerland.

There are many travel companies looking for ski instructors in Bulgarias resorts of Borovets, Pamporovo and Bansko. I would suggest you grab yourself some winter 09 brochures and get in touch with the big companies. Pretty much every ski instructor I met in Bulgaria was English with the exception of just one or two who were German speaking. I dont know where they were from. I have no idea how much the wage would be but take into account that Bulgaria is a very cheap country for everything from food and drink to a car and a bed.
