There are definitely a few downsides to traveling but it's well worth the positive parts! For me, a bad traveling partner is always a bummer. That and when conditions do not allow you to explore the cities. Once while in Mexico, we were not allowed to leave our hostel because of gun fights happening in the streets and we had been out and about hours before. Or if it rains when you have a nice outdoor trip planned.

getting stuck on drama and letting that ruin part of your trip.

What the most disappointing thing about traveling? For Me?

Is when you meet someone, and you tell that special person to come with you for New Year's to Denmark, and that I would show her my views of the country, and then you find out the HARD way that the person was a online scamer, fraud, and told you that she was a teacher that saids to you that your the special person in my life, and that she send you poetry on your email, and thinks about you, until you get an email saying that person was lying to you, and that you have already book the hotel, and flight... Looks like its a seat for one, No Frequent Miles for me....

1. Traveling with annoying people who sweat the small things instead of looking at the big picture.
2. Obnoxious Americans. You make us all look bad.
3. Coming back home. Everything seems so dull compared to the sights, sounds, and rich colors of the land you just visited.

for me the most dissapointed thing is the choice what to take to the travel цер me and how heavy it all will be

and for would be the reality that its going to take a hell of a lot of money and time for me to eventually live where i travelled to and all what has to be done in the meantime.

2 and a half years back 'home' which i no longer consider home but i still have a bit of faith!!!

oh i'm on a bit of a role!!!

... i hate it when you get back home and everyones is still as ignorant to other people, cultures etc. i never have been but especially since travelling and you get to see a lot more. People need to live life, sadly you always end up getting sucked back into that world all too soon. I'll stop there for now me thinks, lol.

The thing I hate the most is knowing how I will spend most of my life wasting away while this planet and its people have so many beautiful things to see and offer which I will never see.

But on the other hand, seeing these places for the comparitively small amount of time also makes you realise you are very lucky not to be in the situation the majority of the planets population are in.
