What first aid items do you always travel with and have found essential?

On our essentials list are:

Antiseptic wipes and plasters (band aids) are also useful to have.

First aid would be plasters, scissors, antiseptic cream, a bandage, sealing tape and a sting cream.
To stop the trots it would have to be the latest thing recommended to me by my pharmacist. I would also take their advice when buying an insect repellant. Sunburn protector is OK but I tend to shade from the midday torture when in the hottest places whenever I can. For me a bar inside between the mad hours is good, or an indoor pool and restaurant. A white cap is very good for avoiding sunstroke while on the move. Its that simple and easy. The beach for me under the heat of 100+f is just madness. Foot powder is always in my bag too for those sore sweaty bits after a hot walk.

Band aids, Savlon, tiger balm, diarrhoea tablets, pain killer eg aspirin

all the above stuff is good. Taking special blister plasters can be good, and always worth taking some rehydration tablets as well.

When I've been traveling to out of the way spots I sometimes take a sterile kit including needles. Not quite essential all the time but you never know hey?!

This is i great -snip- to post since you can never know what will happened during the trip. during the travel this are the common problem that may occur: allergy attack, constipation or diarrhea, infection or inflammation, travel sickness like vomiting. so better bring the common MEDs for this problem.
