These forums aren't meant for randomly talking about hostels you've been to. Such threads would be indistinguishable for us from hostel owners promoting their own hostels (which happens a lot, and is explicitly disallowed as "promotional" activity under the forum rules), and they'd "clutter" the forum, as it's very unlikely there's someone right at this specific moment who would benefit from the information you're posting. What the forum is for instead is for people to seek advice with specific questions they have while travelling (if they're looking for advice on a place to stay somewhere, then it would be useful for you to reply to them with hostel recommendations), or to discuss broad general travel topics.

If you want to review hostels you've been to, you could do that by finding them in the accommodation section of the site, and posting the reviews there. That way people who intend to travel to that city can easily find the reviews and can benefit from your knowledge even months or years later.

As Sander mentioned, we actually don't have a problem with hostel reviews, but they are far more useful actually in the hostel area as users are actually looking for feedback on the properties when they are viewing that area. Most of the hostels you stayed at will be listed here already I'm sure, as an example here's the hostel you mentioned in Malmo: Rut & Ragnars Hostel. Hope that helps and welcome to Travellerspoint!
