Hi all,

I have plans for a three week trip during mid-october to early november and have in mind three great destinations of Bogota, Colombia.....Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Mexico city but its a tough decision, based on cost and locaction they are very similar and i believe all three would have decent weather and plenty to see and do throughout a three week stay. I would love to go out to the tourist sites, galleries, dancing, eating out etc and i speak spanish so communicating wouldnt be an issue, has anyone stayed in these places recently that would want to return or make recommendations to open my eyes more?

Thanks a lot

John

Check out which fares to all your choices, perhaps that will help you decide

Lots to see and do in Florida that time of year and as every one speaks English you can rent a car and travel the entire state with out being viewed as some kind of alien.

Please excuse my comments, but why on earth would anyone in their right mind choose Florida when they could be in Buenos Aires?????

Have you also considered SE Asia? If you haven't been to Vietnam, that's the place I would suggest.

Thanks a lot to you guys for replying, ive decided to go to Buenos Aires and am now trying to find a nice apartment in either Recoleta or Palermo and have seen some good places although i'd rather reserve somewhere beforehand and pay for it on arrival or during my stay. I did also want to see River play Boca Juniors although ive recently discovered the football season there has been put on hold for poltical reasons so i hope that gets resolved!

Any more pearls of wisdom you all have, please let me know )

John

Hello all,

I've now decided upon Buenos Aires and have booked my ticket for mid october, however the next step is to find accomodation in the city for 3 weeks in an apartment, which does seem easy on first glace due to the fierce competition out there, however i'd prefer to make the reservation online beforehand and pay for it on arrival so i wanted to know has anyone here had experience of renting in BA that could recommend certain areas, agencies and so on to make the decision that bit easier and less stressful.

Any suggestions would be great )

Thanks

Pretty sure you sure DEFINATELY go to Barcelona!
Gotta be my favourite place so far, and i've been to over 15 different countries.
Europe is so convenient too, everything is so close to everything.
You could be in England one minute and Paris within like 2hours!..

Definately give Barcelona a crack though!
