Fujian Vs. Sanya, Hainan (China)

Can people enjoy Sanya as budget travellers??? Or should people only go there if they are on a honeymoon or some Holiday mode. I mean, does the Sanya experience, not great, unless you did para sailing, jet ski and stayed in some resort accomodation??? Is the beach not enough? clubbing at night, and some great sea food in some street market or something we can call bohemian.

Fujian's Xiamen, has that island off the coast of Fujian. I wonder how much is it to get to that island.

If you only go to Haikou, then its like you have not been to Hainan???

Are there any great island off the coast of Shenzhen? Zhuhai has Great ISLANDS off its coast.

I wish there are ferries to Taiwan, but I know there is none.

I think sanya can be fun if you like the beach and go with friends, if not there are loads of friends to be made.
You can cheaply rent a surfboard for 3 days and drink fruit juice on the beach.
depends on the kind of holiday you want, but mostly be beach things.
many bars, lots of russians on holidays.

Haikou is just another city in china, ugly dirty and big. Most ppl think of sanya when they think of hainan island.

I have heard there is a really good island of Shenzhen. but not sure how to get there.

Come to Boao, Hainan. It is located on the eastern side of the island. Clean beaches, uncrowded.
