Getting to Cambodia from Laos

Hi guys, Im trying to figure out how to get into Cambodia from Laos. I will be going from Vang Vieng to Siem Reap. Any ideas?

I think bus is the best way. It take you about 5 hours to get Siem Reap from Phnom Penh. Good luck !

hi...you could do it this way: from Vientiane, head south all the way to Pakse, and then take transport Veun Kham (Laotian immigration post)... and take a boat ride to Stung Treng, Cambodia. The boat will stop at Don Krolor on the Cambodian side for immigration formalities. They issue , on the spot.. visa. Once in Stung Treng, you can take bus to Kratie, and then another to Siem Reap. You could take a break in Stung Treng, or even in Kratie, as there are hotels and guesthouses.
