Hey everyone,
I'm travelling to Brazil in October and was wondering what some options are to get from Sao Luis to Lencois Maranhenses.
My friend and I will be arriving in Sao Luis on Oct 26th or 27th. The plan is to stay one night in Sao Luis, catch a bus/tour to Lencois Maranhenses the next morning, stay overnight (I assume in Barreirinhas?) and then head back to Sao Luis the next morning.
Can anyone recommend a bus company or tour company that could accomodate that schedule?
Any info would be a great help!

Lencois Maranhenses are amaaaaaazing!!! I've been there 3 times already!!
In my opinion, you should stay in Sao Luis at Pousada Colonial (www.clickcolonial.com.br).
In Barreirinhas, the best otpion is Porto Preguiças so far. Even though the price is a bit higher than the other options, the location, the atmosphere, food, are perfect at this one (http://www.portopreguicas.com.br/).
If you want to know other options of packages you can contact caravelas turismo (www.caravelasturismo.com.br). They also have minibus from são luis do Barreirinhas.
