Everyone is welcome. As for specifics, those are still being worked out, but we should announce something pretty shortly. I think we'll probably look to arrange a few different meet up times and points, probably around meals.

It is all very informal, so if there is something that you want to do, feel free to post it. Even if everyone doesn't go, some people might be interested. We will have some non-UK residents along, so they may want to go and see some of the tourist sites (which us Londoners are just way too cool to bother with ).

Quoting Sam I Am

I was just looking at flights (yes, total slacker...) and the cheapest is getting there early on the Saturday and leaving even earlier on Sunday. I'm not so sure if that early flight on Sunday is a smart idea though

Don't forget that daylight savings time ends early on Sunday morning, so you will get an extra hour of sleep.

Oh, now that is a convincing point!!

My flights are booked! In on the morning of the 24th. Out really early on the morning of the 25th... all the other flights were just a nightmare, so I'll just have to cherish that extra hour I'm getting for daylight savings extra well I guess

See you all next week!

Awesome! Maybe you'll bump into Maria at the airport, I think her flight gets in at 3am. I get into town a couple days earlier and am staying in Kent. Looking forward to meeting everyone! Oh, and in the states, Daylight Savings means an extra hour at the bars since most of them close at 2am. hmmmm....

My solid backup plan is just to go straight to the airport :) As long as I'm in better shape than this guy, I should be fine!! LOL

Since the actual meeting is drawing nearer - can we start to agree on the when and where?

Holly, Hien - any suggestions?
