I travel to Russia occasionally and the visa thing is still such an issue for us Brits. Yes it can be done through various agencies for a stupidly high fee. If not, it's a form like a social security claim.
When will visas become a thing of the past? I wish.

I bet only after Russians won't have to have visa to go to England. I'm pretty sure that Russia doesn't really care, but since Russians required have to have visa to England they do the same thing other way.

So many countries still require visas to be bought before travelling. I really just see it as nothing more than political tit for tat. Passports have so much info stored on them nowadays that just a quick scan at the border and everything is revealed in less than 10 seconds. It makes me wonder just how much of the visa thing is for profit and nothing else.
One example, I travel to Russia quite a lot and every time I go I need a visa and have to go through the same ol' rubbish. Yet awhile back there was some football thing going on in the UK and Russia and all the fans, Russian and UK, got their visas fast-tracked. Just goes to show, huh?

I Russia every morning.

Didn't you realise that 'to Russia every day' severely depletes your body's ability to stand warm climates?

What the program you can organize in Russia? What interesting I could see there?
