I have been illegal in the Czech Republic now for six months, and since getting work here I will continue to stay illegal until the Summer of 2010 where I will go to the seas of Croatia, Montenegro and possibly England. My question is once I do the three non-shengen countries for 90 days, will my visa be renewed and I can return back to shengen? Thank You so Kindly... Chad
not sure about this... Did you originally enter the czech republic on a tourist visa?
you will probably have to apply for your visa to be renewed and you can only do that in country of origin, I think. Plus, if you are coming to Croatia, they might check your schengen visa anyway even though Croatia is a non-schengen country, and it they somethin funny, might not let you enter Croatia.
Do we really need to answer this question? Well, then: no, most definitely not. You will be entered as a visa offender, and not be readmitted into the Schengen area any time soon, let alone easily.

OK, great info! So my next question is, I'll go back to the states next Summer and live it out there for 3 months and come back. Is three months sufficient to leave Europe, go to my country of origin, get it renewed and come back?
I don't see why three months would be insufficient. you can try and renew it the next day once it expires. In any case, do not play with this kind of stuff since once they catch you being illegaly in schengen country, they might impose a ban and stamp on your passport preventing you to enter schengen area for few years. Good luck
If the authorities see that you've been staying there illegally you wont be allowed to return for a long time (in Australia its 6 years, not sure about Czech republic)
So you might get away with it if you fly from somewhere else.
