Strayalien!! If want to be a part of muslim celebration then there will be Eid, next week which you can enjoy in Hyderabad, Lucknow or even kashmir also. But if you want to celebrate your christmas then you should surely come to Goa at the end of December. There might be problem of getting room but life is at fullest that moment :)..There are more places in India to visit like kerla, MP etc.
Tell me if you need more information.

Hi strayalien,

There are many beautiful cities in India. In North, you have Kashmir, Uttranchal,
Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh (if you have interest in mountains). The desert and
camels of Rajasthan are of great tourist attraction. Taj Mahal, in Agra is one of the
main attraction of India.

When you go to the North-Eastern states, you can see beautiful mountains and rivers.
Bombay in West, is the commercial capital of India. Goa is next to Bombay, where Christmas
is celebrated in full swing. Though, all hotels are jampacked during Christmas period
one must make hotel bookings in advance.
South India is known for their unique architecture, the mosques of the Mughal era,
and the idyllic backwaters of Kerala, “God’s Own Country.”

India is incredibly beautiful. If you need any further details, do let me know.

Have a lovely trip to India.
