Hullo - have posted a technical enquiry to the website, but am not sure how long it will take to reply, so am posting the question here in case anyone has a simple answer.
Basically, ALL photos on the Travellers Point website and blogs have suddenly become invisible (i.e. a blank square with a cross in the corner) in the last few days on my computer (but it seems not for anyone else?).
Nothing whatsoever has been changed on my computer, and photos on other websites (e.g. facebook) are still visible.
Solutions much appreciated - thankyou!
How bizarre - suddenly corrected itself in the last few minutes - let's hope it stays that way!
It's been working fine from this end... so this is weird!
It sounds like there might have been an issue with Amazon S3 (where the photos are hosted) serving to your location if photos on other sites have been showing (basically some kind of routing issue). But Amazon S3 does serve photos to tons of other sites, so you should have noticed it on more sites I'd think... did you notice it elsewhere (Facebook serves their own, but perhaps something like Twitter which uses S3)?
