Hi Travellers,

My boyfriend and I are flying to Las Vegas around the 24th November returning on 28th November ( dates are flexible.)

I've been told that if we drive ( we have a car) to Seattle we can get heaps cheaper flights. I have searched on the net though and the difference was only about $50 - $80 dollars. My friend said her flights from Seattle - Vegas were only about 100 bucks each, flying in September. We are in Whistler at the moment so driving to Seattle is definately something we are willing to do.

Can anyone help me out here?

Cheers,

Salfrog

Salfrog,
I did a quick search on 'kayak' and 'Momondo' and got these results. Nov.16-19 was quoted at $180, Nov. 17-20 was $177 and Nov 24-28 was $238. This is SEA-LAS R/T. Your 24-28 dates runs right into one of our big holidays, Thanksgiving on Nov. 26th. Try to avoid this time frame. Good luck with your planning.

VegasMike,

I wasnt aware when Thanksgiving was. Thanks for researching those flights and the heads up about the holiday. Looks like we'll just take a few extra days off work and go earlier!

Cheers :)

I think that is a good idea. Mid-week flights and rooms are cheaper than weekends. Good luck with your planning.
