West coast south africa - any recomendations?

Im driving from Fish River Canyon down to CapeTown, but Ive got 1 day to spare in between. Can anyone recommend anywhere nice along the route or anything to do?

I would recommend stopping at Orange River (either side of the border) for a half day or day rafting trip, hiking in the Cederberg (or just stop there the night to break your trip) or take a different scenic route down along the west coast. There might be a few wildflowers left out there if you are lucky. Stop at Paarl or Stellenbosch for a wine tour or just spend a extra day in Cape Town - heaps to do!!
