Here's an idea, and knowing me it's probably not a new one...

More people than ever are hitting the trails and traveling to far-flung places with the hope of finding temporary or seasonal work once they arrive.

My idea is for us here on TP to let each other know about places that are hiring travelers on temp and seasonal basis.

Let's say you've just left a job picking... I don't know... say... bananas in Cost Rica in order to continue with your travels. But now the people you worked for need someone else to take your place.

Hey Presto! Post in on TP and maybe the next person along can take the job. Maybe I'm missing out on something very basic here but seems like a decent idea to me?

Let me know what you think.

Looks like my hunch was right...
Too many job sites out there already.

I think it would be a good thing for TP to consider....There are job sites out there, but I think what you're suggesting is more personal etc where as alot of the sites are advertising mass jobs that are very general (from what I have looked for anyway). For example just say "fruit picking in Australia" with nothing specific, where as if someone was posting a job on here that they were leaving, they would have had experience with the job and give more of an insight and give specific details etc.
