Uhm, atleast someone was honest... Who else is doing it for vanity? and not for trekking and a bunch of other vague activities. Carrying a heavy backpack burn calories, so I am suggesting dumb bells along with your bikinis. I also hope that my backpack will help me get better shoulders and traps.

Learning to eat less, will also save you a lot of money while you are travelling.

We walk and use the gym all the time. As we are in our 50's fitness is important. We walk 10km's every day except Saturdays and go to the gym every 2nd day. You would be surprised what a difference it makes.
PS We are sure will look hot on the beach!!!!
