A pet

Mr. Green and his wife went to a small Italian town. They would like to go there for a wonderful holiday. They chose a best hotel to saty in. One evening, Mr Green went out for a walk. It was very late and the street was dark and quiet. Suddenly he heard footsteps behind him. He turned his head and saw an Italian young man who was walking past him quickly. After a while, Mr Green suddenly found that his watch was gone. He thought that it must be the Italian young man who had taken away his watch! He decided to walk after him and take back the watch.
Soon Mr. Smith caught up with the Italian young man and stopped him. But both of them could understand each other, because the young man spoke Italian while Mr Smith spoke English. Mr Green showed the young man his big fist and took away his watch. The young man went so frightened that he gave the watch to Mr Green.
When Mr Green came back to the hotel, he told Mrs Green what had happened. He was quite surprised when his wife ponited to the watch on the table.

And is the moral of the story to always check and make sure you leave with your watch on?
