Starting new article from project list

Hi,
When starting a new article from the project "places without an article" there is no option regarding several things:

• The Celcius sign doesn't work.
• Also, the bar with tools on top of the article (isin. photo, links etc.) is not there either.

This is the case when you directly click on the name to start the article. It don't think it is the case if you start a new article yourself.

Can this be fixed?

This was related to the same issue that saw bloggers not being able to post for several hours. Basically, the site that hosts our javascript (a CDN for the technically inclined), started having some issues yesterday night. To counter that, we swapped the links to javascript back to our own host. Unfortunately, it seems like 2 files were out of date there, thus buggering up this and the blogging.
