Haha, yes, I saw that article this morning as well. Quite interesting really as in the rest of the world I read that Mc Donalds is doing way better since the crisis came around!! |

Guess you are right about that Sam. But then again: the rest of the world doesn't have its own word for computer..or every other foreign word |

McDonald's is successful for a reason. You know what to expect when you walk in. Certainly not the best fast food burger, just a decent meal at a decent price. I read the article as well on McDonald's leaving Iceland. They could no longer put a burger out that meet their standards at an acceptable price. I was constantly surprised by how well the McDonald's in Pattaya did everyday. I could get a good Thai meal for half the price McDonald's charges for their food. I never gave them a baht of my money, but many do, everyday. Different strokes.... |

Can't stand McDonalds...they put things in the meat to make it taste the same no matter where you are in the world. watch the movie Food, Inc to really open your eyes to the food industry. |

McDs just got the okay to open a "restaurant" in the Louvre. Many are "up-in-arms" about this - except the French. Considering they are the second largest consumers of McD's fare around the world - it only seems fitting. |

I don't mind the odd Maccas pig out. But it's not that cheap anymore, and the qualityseems to have dropped. |

McDonald's breakfasts are nice, but I can't stand the rest of the food. |
