Please, tell what do you think about the itineraty for 7 days on San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 1 (27/12) - Transfer Calama - SPA and Valley of the Moon.
Day 2 (28/12) - Lagunas Altiplanicas
Day 3 (29/12) - Geysers + Pueblos
Day 4 (30/12) - Puritama + Night Full moom horse riding to Valley of death or valley of the moon.
Day 5 (31/12)- Maybe a trekking or a visit to Salar de Tara. Does anyone know if Salar de Tara is worth the trip or is it very similar to Salar de Atacama? Another suggestion for this day?
Day 6 (1/1) - Acheological Tour
Day 7 (2/1) - Transfer SPA - Calama

Thanks.

Aline

Sounds great fun. It's a beautiful area.

San Pedro is quite expensive relative to other parts of SA. I guess because it is fairly remote. I went from Tupiza in Bolivia to the Salt Flats and it had many of the things you list below - well slightly different but very similar. It was a fabulous time and I would highly recommend it.

Do you know if you will definately be able to do these things over the new year period?
