Travel to Tibet, Yunnan and Laos

I'm planning a trip to Tibet, Yunnan and Laos in November. I look forward to doing some trekking around the mountains and minority villages. I'm a 28 year old American female, and would love to find a travel companion to share the adventure. If you are already traveling perhaps maybe we can meet up in any one of these three places.
