It depends...when are you planning on leaving and what is your budget?

It is upto you to decide which place is the best

What about East Europe? It's cheap there!

If you have the budget, try to travel to Canada and go to Niagara Falls. It's one of the best that I've experience and your money is worth it.

I think you should go somewhere that is completely different than anything you have experienced. Your travels should expand your mind and give you a wide range of experiences. You should go someplace that scares you a little. It could be France, Turkey, Kenya or India. I really like the Canadian side of Niagara falls. If North America scares you, all the better. When you go to someplace that scares or intimidates you a little each time, you will go to increasingly interesting places.

I agree to most of them who says it depends on you; because a person travels for many causes.
And even if you want to travel just for fun, the destination should suit to your taste/ interest.
For instance, I like to travel historical places or monuments, then I may travel countries like Egypt or India.

But if you are really confused on where to go which I know also happens with me many times, then consult a travel agent or you may also search over the internet. I always prefer to search the online Travel packages that are available on the net (on online travel portals)!
Just yesterday, I booked a big deal with a site -snip- for my parents.

You may also find many more such sites and can crack out the best package for you that suits your interest and budget!
