I am travelling to Thailand soon and am wondering what the best way to book/get accomodation is? I will be traveling with my girlfriend for 2 weeks over New Year and was wanting to book into a resort but all the English websites seem to be expensive. Are there any websites that are good to book through or does anyone have any recomendations of where to stay and spend New Year?

If you like to party, Pattaya is a great place to spend New Year. Fireworks over the ocean, people from all over the world there to party. There are so many places to stay, in all price ranges that I cannot recommend one. Here are some options over at Jomtien Beach. Good luck with your planning.

Hey matey, thanks for your reply.

Yeah i plan to go to Pattaya but i think it will have to be around Southern Thailand because my girlfriend has to be back in Australia just after New Year and i fly into Singapore. Sorry i should of been clearer in my post but thank you very much for your reply and the website with the accommodation!

Asiarooms is good to book with. You need to book very soon as even now we are entering high season and the best and cheapest places fill up quickly.

I didn't like Pattaya a lot. Lots of newer beach places in Thailand. AirAsia gets you around cheap and quick, including to Singapore.
