I need to get from Playa de Carmen to Costa Rica in 11 days....Dec 30th thru Jan 10th...Would it be better to travel thru Mexico a bit, I would love to go to Oaxaca and see some of the ruins. I also think seeing Mexico City would be great and then flying to Costa. The flight is pretty expensive $550 usd. Ouch!! or Jumping on a bus and bussing it down to Costa? has anyone done this? any thoughts would be great...Thanks
