I'm an Australian who got a Working Holiday Visa for Germany issued in Australia. I flew from Australia to Rome and then to Germany. Me and my partner decided to do a civil partnership here in Munich and have for the last month or so been organising forms, apostle stamps, translations, etc but am worried that we wont have enough time to actually register with everything. If I leave when my visa expires (less than a month) is it possible to leave the schengen area and then come back to germany when I have all my forms, etc and to do the registration then?
Or wont I be eligable for re-entry?
Can anyone help me?
