There was a time when I did this...Not anymore. I have had to come to terms with the fact that I just can't get everywhere....The issue is that when you go to place after place (and I have done this) you are window shopping, and I found that I started to get depressed. I was making no effect on the lives I was witnessing, other than bringing Canadian money to infuse into their culture. I saw this and that, but never really touched it. So I started living in bunch of places...but you can't just live in a place for a month and say you affected I stayed longer....and then you can't get everywhere.

I love that there is so much to see in this world that you will never be able to say that you were there for everything. So I gave up the list....

....But I COMPLETELY get where you're coming from. I hope you see all the places you want to see.. Good Luck Out There.

I simplify the whole process by trying to go as far away from home for the least amount of USD, and when I find an airline that I like and we come to a meeting of the schedules, that's the destination for me!

ohh to have the money to be able to go everywhere I want to go!!

I do allow myself a daydream about all the places in the world that I want to see,
and imagine that i will be able to one day visit them all!

Ive never been to north or south america, and would really love to spend a lot of time exploring that part of the world.

I think part of it is not wanting to just tick off a place and never go back.
I love parts of europe that i visited as a kid, but feel a bit like im 'wasting' a holiday if i go there since ive already ticked it off. Does anyone else feel that way?

I wish i was rich enough to just spend my life travelling, and not worrying about re-visiting places...
