Hi,

I came across this website after a afternoon's surfing while the boss is out!Anyways I'm currently planning my escape from Ireland with my Kiwi boyfriend.Irish bureacy been the way it is won't allow him to stay so we're heading off. It's five o'clock on a Friday evening and it's dark, miserable and wet out so I'm more then happy to up sticks. The only consolation is going home to sit by the fire with a hot whiskey.

But it's not as easy as I thought it would be as both of us are 30. So I can get visas to some places but of course he can't and vice versa. It's just a minefield. Any advice from you seasoned travellers or any options I should consider? So far I've looked into teaching in Korea or maybe a working holiday to Canada.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated?

Ta,

Lorraine

Sorry to hear youre stay in Ireland wasnt as you had hoped but when it comes to visa issues, i suppose your hands are tied. Good luck on the next chapter.

I've been teaching in China for the past couple of years. Plenty of jobs for native English speakers. Check out the international jobs section of:
