Hi John, this is possible, but it's kind of an 'all or nothing' affair. Either centre every photo, or centre none. You can't set it on a photo by photo basis, without getting pretty fancy.

If you'd like to give it a go, this would do it in your case:

#blogcontent img.photo {display:block;margin:0 auto;}

.video {text-align:center;}

Note that photos have to be narrower than the width of the column to show centred. If they are really wide, like some on your blog, even though they are centred, they will look as if they are on the left.

That works nicely. Thanks.

I am going to be cheeky and ask a supplemental:

Facebook feed:- Though the button is still there to set up Facebook feed, I get the error from Facebook that live Blog feeds are no longer allowed. Is that so?

Cheerz and thanks for all the help.

PS Just helping friends set up a blog on here ready for their trip to Sri Lanka. And I'm still learning!

Hmm, which way are you trying to set this up? Using the app (at https://apps.facebook.com/travellerspoint/ ), or using the Import option under Notes? Facebook has ensured the latter doesn't work properly on many an occasion so I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped it altogether. The first should still work from what I can see?!

When you go into "Manage Entries" for my blog, to the right there is a Facebook icon with a link to "Add to Facebook". This does not work anymore as Facebook gives an error. I searched for more info on that and it said something like "Facebook does not allow live updates for blogs anymore" or something like that. (I can't find it now).

Not really a big deal for me as I am a minimal user of Facebook!

As a postscript and on yet another subject :), I'm guessing I can't use Windows Live Writer for travellerspoint? I have to say the thought of producing the blog locally on my laptop when away and then just uploading it when Internet access is available is very attractive.

Hmm, that's the one I was expecting would still work. What do you see if you go to this page ? It should let you enter your domain there!

I doubt we'd ever make something that tied in with propriety software, especially of the Windows variety. But you can compose a blog post in an email offline and email it in whenever you like. I've used that a number of times. There's some info about adding photos to entries in this post.

As far as I can tell, this seemed to work! It say:- "Your blog http://justdrive.travellerspoint.com is currently set to publish entries to your News Feed" but, although I went back into my blog and published the one page I have created, nothing has appeared on Facebook. To be honest, I don't know what I'm expecting to see! Will it only pick up a newly published Blog?

I completely understand this! The Email tip is great. I'll give it a whirl.

Really appreciate all your timely help, Sam!

That sounds like the right message. I don't think re-publishing an existing article will work, and you also need to have at least one subscriber for it to work (that's a bug :)), but I've subscribed to your blog now, so the next entry should publish to FB!
