Multi-Language Translations?

Travel Forums General Talk Multi-Language Translations?

Hello all,
been a while since I have been on here. Greetings to all....
I just wondered if any knew of any good reliable system to transalate some texts in to many.. nearly all... languages? I will be working with sensitive material so it's crucial these people know what they are doing...

If any one knows anything that would be awesome. Or, if anyone here speaks english as a second language and are original speakers of another language and would want to help $ that would be great.

Thanks all.

I can translate Canadian into English, does that help? (No, not Quebecois but real Canadian where they say "eh" a lot.)

Isa now returns this thread to it's regularly scheduled topic of translation with meaning. ;)

There's always Google Translate if you don't mind the automated, slightly wrong, variety. Otherwise, we've used sites like guru.com before to find local translators.

Does the $ sign mean that you are looking for people to get paid for translating? I know plenty of bi-lingual people that are always looking for work....

Yes $ means money. I would be willing to pay someone if they knew what they were doing. Probably not million$ but yes...

I recently got an app on my iPod touch called I translate it has fifty+ languages that can translate between each other I know it works ok with Thai and Chinese you do need a wi fi connection for it to work but you can make and save your personal phrase book with it I would recommend it to anyone
