is there someone here who is carsick while still travelled a lot??
how do you overcome the carsick...

Take Dramamine tablets. They will make you drowsy, so take them 30 minutes before you get on the bus.

Try sea- bands - they are fanstastic. I suffer from most kinds of motion sickness and these are the only things that have worked for me. They are comfortable to wear and have no side-effects. I have a friend who worked on cruise ships for many years and she also found them to be very effective.

If you look at things outside the car, which are not constantly moving, you are much less likely to become car sick.

Ginger is also quite effective for preventing motion sickness.
