To answer your questions:
1) You completely missed the point. 10 days in Morocco don't count towards your time inside Schengen (bc Morocco is not a member of the Schengen Agreement), but they don't restart the 90 days. It is more like you took a break.
Days of entry and exit count, so I think your 90 days of time in Schengen will be up on Monday Nov 8th 2010. I could be more accurate if I knew the dates of the entry and exit stamps when you went to Morocco.
2) Switzerland is inside Schengen now.
3) Depends on your citizenship and your financial resources. So please state your citizenship.
