I know the Thai visa question has been done to death...But I need a little help...

Basically Im travelling overland through SE Asia, and was hoping to spend a least a month in Thailand.
But Ive found out if you enter overland you only get 15 days...

-So, is it worth doing a flight from Vientiane into Bangkok to get the 30 day visa?
-Can you still get this visa flying in from Laos?
-Is this the best way of working round this problem?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes its worth doing a flight. You can often find very cheap flights with Air Asia. You might also want to look into getting a tourist visa from your nearest Thai consulate. They are still running the free tourist visa until early March which gives you 60 days.

Only if you fly in. overland will only get you 14 days. If you apply for the 60 day tourist visa before March 4th, I believe its valid for that 60 days from when you arrive. find your nearest thai embassy and drop them and email, they were really good at responding to me here in NZ
