Swiss chocolate!!! yes, I agree... US chocolates are the worst.....

There is a fantastic shop in the win region of Franschhoek, Cape Town (South Africa) where you can phone ahead to make an appointment to mould chocolate into any shape and size that you could possibly imagine.

Lindt chocolate from Switzerland ist the best! Germany has some good chocolate as well.

Neuhaus chocs from Belgium, without doubt. Montezuma in the UK is also good.

All this talk about Belgian chocolate is making my mouth water!! Living here in the US, Chocolate is AWFUL (as you all seem to have noticed!) and I'd like to try some reeeally good Belgian chocolate... can anybody give me a brand name or maker for the best Belgian chocolate you tried?? I want to order some online as it will be much cheaper than a trip to Europe Thanks!!

For a good U.S. chocolate, try Theobroma Chocolate Company out of Sitka, Alaska. It's best to eat it in Sitka, while taking in the views of the sea and mountains..
