That's very true Kenix. The makan alone is worthy of a special mention. The nasi kandahar and chendol are second to none yum
But the sights and sounds, the unique old versus new atmosphere, the Penang Hill and Tek Lok Si Temple, are must-see draws also.

If you have time on your trip to Malaysia, take the train or bus down to Singapore- it's right next to Malaysia, and worth visiting for a day or two. It's a beautiful city, and has lots of great restaurants and shops.
