hot shower
trains
cup of coffee
Art Nouveau
and chocolate "Neuhaus".

4). The music of Eric Sattie on CD/MP3 whenever and wherever I want it
5). My Sony Reader

If I was allowed a sixth, which I'm not, I would also include razors - electric of otherwise.

Well, I can't think of five (meaning that I could live without them) so here are the most important that come to my mind:
1 shower
2 clean and dry clothes (u can translate this as a washing machine or access to hot water)
3 coffee
4 a bed i suppose...or sth comfortable!

1.. A bath as opposed to a shower.
2.. Not too much rain.
3.. Local music in the village square (not an i-pod or portable player anywhere in sight).
4.. No more than an hour to wait for the connecting train (as if).
5.. A room with a view.
