Montreal, Canada will always be home for me. If I had to move away..... I'd enjoy living in France (Paris) or Spain (Barcelona). New York would be a top one for me as well. If I had to move away for work, this may sound crazy to most...but I would love to go to an area where there is unrest (political or anything). But that's just the journalist in me talking. :) I wouldn't turn down an offer to report would be a great experience to be a foreign correspondant!

K ;)

France I think.

It seems to have everything; from beaches to ski fields, quaint towns to exciting resorts, great cities, and food....

Nowhere so far i wouldn't like to live, but noweher i'd want to spend the rest of my life. After a few months/year or 2 need to be moving on. If had to choose forever, Wouldn't mind Norway (relatively remote, not Oslo or Trondheim - and only if i had enough to afford it!), or somewhere like Slovenia again. Would need to have mountains and water though, although would prefer not sea (fjords are a bit different).

Sydney, Australia because it's home. And I love that I can step out my front door and have the Aussie bush for walking, or take the train up to the Blue Mountains for hiking... or hop into the car for the beaches....
but for now Dallas will do and I'll just have to hop a plane to escape.....

no idea what country but an idea of what it should be like - a mountain behind a cottage with a thatched roof, a forest surrounding it , ( the cottage would be in a little parting in the centre), a lake, river or sea would be a 10 walk away that is clean enough to swim in, it would be a deserted area with the nearest neighbour a mile down the road, but it would still only be a 30-45 minute walk from the local village ( makes it easy to fall home from the pub)....
