Best places to visit in July

Travel Forums General Talk Best places to visit in July

1. Posted by travtales (Budding Member 3 posts) 6y

Hi there, any suggestions on where are the best places to visit in July with great weather and less crowd? Have a 2weeks window for a vacation but most places are either too overcrowded with tourist or weather not permitting....

Posted in General Talk basically means you're talking about the whole planet.
Could you maybe narrow it down a bit to a continent?

Definitely agree that Vietnam is a great place! Was there twice and love it!
Basically i'm looking at destinations outside SEA and Europe. Contemplating between Tibet and Russia (Trans-Mongolia).

Summer in Russia seemed like the peak season. Can anyone advise?

English Lake District. The best, no argument - thread closed :)

Flyingbob did not mean "thread closed" in a literal way. He used it as an expression of speech to say the English Lake District is the best place to visit in his opinion. It is just an alteration of another common phrase "case closed" when someone ends a discussion verbally. This thread is very much still open to comments.

Isa now returns this thread to it's regularly scheduled topic.

No no.... Yes yes, the thread is very much still open. I just couldnt think of a more beautiful place in the world at the time. In fact I'm still sure there isnt one, so there was (comically speaking - of course) no need for anyone else to make any suggestions.. If you get my drift.
Then again, I always assume for some totally wrong reason - that everyone understands English, even in it's most totally non-understandable form.
Largest apologies.
Carry on. I'm silenced (for now).
