Is it harder for you to plan out to plan out your meals OR the next minute?

Hey Wocca,
I eat whatever is in my fridge or my cupboard that I can cook into a decent dish. I try to bring a lunch to work, but usually I end up eating a sandwich at a nearby deli. I never plan the meals for a week- I find that utterly insane. And I am not religious in a way that affects my diet. I am recently becoming a vegetarian for health reasons- but I only eat seafood and occaisionally cooked eggs (not by themselves), and the rest of my protien comes from beans, lentils, grains, hummus, soy, tofu, etc. Speaking of which, I need to find a main dish recipe to make this evening for a potluck, so have a happy new year in the mean time, and good luck!

Thanks Steph

Have a great year

My favourite cooking tool is the microwave. Fortunately, I don't have to use it very often, as I live on campus, and the canteens supply really cheap meals.
