Between work, friends, and loved ones, you've probably got a lot going on in your life. Got any tips on how to take it easy?

Learn to say no. So often we get trapped or guilted into doing something we don't really want to do, just because someone asked and you don't want to disappoint. Often we feel if we say no to our boss, our coworkers, our friends or our families that they will think less of us. Most of the people won't (at least after some quick reflection, though they might be frustrated and upset at the time), and those that don't get over their frustration and anger at your saying no probably aren't worth having in your life.

It's really, really worrying, but i saw that title and my instantaneous thoughts were "Get a divorce" and "dump the woman".

You know why divorces are so expensive?

Because they are worth it...

;) (now everyone is going to think I am a total cad).

i just couldn't imagine spending a fortune on a wedding and then again to get divorced, we were talking about it in here, two of the girls are getting married , the first one is having a traditional huge wedding for the same cost as the other girl who is having a small affair and then 6 months round south america........ i know which i'd choose

but as for how to simplify life - don't feel guilty / bad / sad for something you can't control........

You have to remember to keep things in perspective and try not to get involved with the trivialities of life like gossip and squabbling - they're just not important in the grand scheme of things.

As Lil J says you've got to prioritise. unless you really love your job it's just not nearly as important as your friends and family.

I also find that making time for yourself really helps too. Well it helps me anyway!

I find that sleep is great for stress management We usually have 3 hours for lunch here, so napping is easy
