Would it be possible to have the 'subscribe to this thread' link at the top of the page as well as the bottom?

Just for you then :)

Bug: a thread about a country/location isn't using the thread starter's name in the "has indicated that this thread is about [country/location]" text on subsequent pages, but rather the name of whoever has the first reply on that next page.
example: "vanessie has indicated that this thread is about Paris" where the thread was started by dyannadiaz.

Nicely spotted; fixed it now by deleting that sentence altogether on deeper pages. I think that makes sense, as the topic can often shift on deeper pages.

The 'dots' marking where you've been are lame when compared to the lines linking your trip together. The old way was much better and gave a better visual representation of your trip. Bring back the lines.

You're not seeing any lines? The lines are still very much a part of this design and I just checked your map to make sure they were showing correctly and they are. Can you let me know if they are not loading for you and if so, let us know what browser (and version of that browser) you are using, so we can see if there might be a bug in there. Definitely should be lines though! Also, with this version you can control the colour of the lines if you don't feel they are bright enough.

Ah, just found out that this problem with lines not showing was on the facebook map display. I've uploaded a fix for it. The lines should be showing there again. If you experienced this somewhere else let me know so I can have a look. I can't find any other spots with the problem.
