has anybody ever used them? I'm going to Canada (Ottawa, Montréal, Toront) in 2 weeks :) and I'm thinking of buying an e-guide and putting it on my smartphone..? A friend recommended it to me when we were talking about my journey (to be honest I did not know that they exist before... ) he just mentioned that there are many publishers providing them...So is there something I should pay attention to?? Do you have any hints for me?
Thank you :)

If you send an email to guides [at] travellerspoint.com with the city/country name as the subject, we'll automatically send you a PDF version of our guide to that location. Free of charge :)

Thank you for your suggestion Sam ;) I wrote an e-mail but unfortunately they don't have PDFs from Montréal, Ottawa or Toronto...
I think I will just buy one chapter of such an e-guide to test it. Probably from Lonely Planet or Ulysses as I think these two companies are the only ones offering it??

There is a guide for Montreal, but not under the spelling "Montréal". I've fixed this by linking Montréal to the actual article, Montreal. Please try again. You should now get the guide using either spelling.

As for Ottawa and Toronto, I tested and I have no problems receiving them. Make sure that you put only one city/country name in the subject area. You need to send separate emails for each guide you want.
