Am not a morning person, but a good sunrise is brilliant, especially if somewhere different/special (i.e. on a saharan sand dune, or out at sea). Also really like being around when starts to get light early mornings at 3 - 5 am, and just wandering around in the still silence with nothing else moving or awake.

Sunsets can be great, but are generally too crowded, if that makes any sense

Sunset. Can't get up early enough to watch the sunrise.

Im also NOT a morning person, so that rules out sunrises.

The best thing about a sunset for me is thinking that as im watching the sun fall below the horizon, it is the finish of that one day in history. Wether it be a day that i remember for some reason, or just the normal run of the mill day.
For when i am travelling at the end of this year, i hope that upon each sunset, i can think to myself.... well that was a pretty special day, im never going to be doing that again/seeing that again!!!

I also like taking pictures of sunsets too, they can make such good desktop wallpapers!! :)

Sunset can also often mean time to wake up from an afternoon nap.

I consider myself very lucky to have had the priviledge to grow up watching the sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. :)
