"Piano Man" - Billy Joel

I hadn't heard the song until last summer, actually.(*groan here*). I was in the Englischer Garten in Munich, Germany, walking with my brother and a friend of his. After a few beers we ran into a random street musician who they'd seen in a different part of Munich the night before. He proceeded to play an amazing cover of this song, with harmonica solo, guitar, and percussion all together. It was probably one of the most random and amazing moments of my life, making this my ultimate travel song.

The current favorites are:

Steve McQueen - Sheryl Crow
If I Had A Boat - Lyle Lovett
Apeman - The Kinks
Seven Day Weekend - Elvis Costello

I like Billy Joel's "Piano Man" - has a certain sentimentality about it...
