Essential Travel backpackers insurance

Has anybody any experience of this company? I'm looking around for a good insurer for my 12 months away and these guys seem to be 50-60% cheaper for the policy than everybody else. I'm all for getting a bargain but you know what they say about things being too good to be true sometimes?

I've never heard of this company, but when i was looking for insurance, i hadnt heard of the majority of insurers who quoted us esp the ones on comparision sites.

I suppose you need to look into what type of things they cover and see if this is suitable for you. I did a comparision of the things like medical expenses etc to see if we were getting value/ good insurance.

Hope you find an insurer! Its the most boring part of planning a trip!!!

I used 1st Contact to book my travel insurance and I think they use Insure and Go as their provider. There are quite a few options though so you might have to look through it before choosing.

Where are you planning on travelling to?
