Has been long time I don't go to brazil,because my husband and I are afraid of flying.We would like suggestions about going there by car. Our destination will be Minas Gerais Br. Is anyone have any opinion or experience on traveling to Brazil? What RT should I take>?GIVE ME ANThanks Ana Savino

Okay. There is a thing called the Darien Gap. PLEASE someone put this as an advisory at the top of the page or something.

The Darien Gap makes it well nigh impossible to get from CA to SA with a vehicle, unless you ship said vehicle from Panama. I would consider that an extravagant cost, but it may be something you'd like to do. Vehicles HAVE made it through. But their success is such an event that they are noted by people who track this sort of thing.
