Polish food: the soup in bread is called zurek, the most popular pierogies in my family are ruskie pierogi, although nobody in Russia have an idea what they really are (filling consist of potatoes and white cheese and mint and onion) I love them and highly recommend. Golabki which are ground meat in cabbage are also worth trying; try schabowy kotlet (it's pork) but most of Poles just love it and eat it on regular basis and of course bigos (again sour cabbage with meat and usually bread of potatoes). Golonka and flaczki, I believe most men love it... Try Polish cakes! They are delicious!!! The best thing about Polish food is that most of it is not genetically modified, super healthy and even bread and butter is delicious. Cucumber tastes as cucumber, tomatoes as tomatoes.... and this is sort of rarity in our world.

Polish food is excellent! You must eat pierogees, barshch, rosol, and if you are in Krakow you have to try zapiekanka (baked baguette with mushrooms and vegetables on the top) and great sausages from the blue car called Nyska... (What is very interesting about these sausages from Nyska is that you can eat them only at night after party:))
