This is fact by myself RE: Passports
I have a criminal record now, before this I have been to Florida a Dozen times.
After the Criminal record I still answered No to all questions on Visa.
( I was going on a cruise leaving the US as soon as I left the airport)
A few different questions than normal, and yes I lied.
The guard went away for 10 minuets (I was very scared by this point)
He came back Did the stamping of passport, handed it back and said I'm Lucky.
I can only assume it was because I was leaving the US straight away.
Also another quicky.
I lived in Tenerife after this for 3 years, and on my return by car I was straight away sent to the 'shed'. Here I was questioned aboout my record and my address I was going to be at.
So yes if your flagged you jump out of their computer screens.
No more Florida for me.
If you are worried and want to travel to the US. Go through Sannnon Airport in Ireland. When you go through you are subjected to ALL the normal US checks, so by, when you travel, you do so as though you were travelling internally. So no checks when you land over there.
Doing it this way, and you get turned away, you don't have far to go to get back home.
Hello, so at the beginning you said, if you have a warrant you will be flagged?
I have a probation violation bench warrant and another for running a stop sign. they are years old.
I want to go to israel
Will the warrants prevent my entry?
As usual with all Visa questions you fail to mention the single most piece of information: Your nationality.
That said I'll assume you're from the UK which means you need to read the thread again, in particular the part about the UK not sharing their criminal database.
Bottom line: Israeli Immigration doesn't care about you running a stop sign.
Israel has access to everything from the US but that doesn't change the fact that no one gives a shit about you running a stop sign.
My partner is Indian, Fiji born but lived in nz most of his life so holds a nz passport, we have recently welcomed out son into the world and wanting to go visit my family in Australia. My partner has multiple convictions from his past with worst being armed robbery and selling of A class drugs. He's never tried to travel before. If he ticks the no box will he be automatically flagged considering the nature of his charges?
Last year I travelled from the UK to NYC with 3 assault convictions the latest conviction was 3 years ago, and the immigration officer simply scanned my passport asked me what my plans are in the states then allowed me to enter for a week.
Hey can anybody tell me when they scan my passport does my picture comes up on konitor?thanks
