A friend and I are heading out for a month to Oz in March 2011. (2 English Guys 23/24).

Planning on working our way from Sydney to Cairns. (Then heading on to Thailand for 6 weeks).

Be great to meet people who are doing the same thing/be there at the same time.

Hey Chris,

I'll also be heading to Oz in March (24th) and would love to meet up!

Let me know if you will be travelling up around this date?

Hi there,

I'm flying into Sydney from Bangkok around the end of March, very interested in a Sydney-Cairns trip.

Were you thinking by car/bus/train?

Dave, 21

Hi! I'm also heading to Oz in March for about a month and travelling alone which I'm pretty nervous about. Thinking of NZ after but haven't decided yet. This Sydney-Cairns trip sounds great! What are your plans for it?

On your way north, stop in a place called 'Nelson Bay'... very backpacker friendly and there's always cash in hand work around. Also happens to be beautiful. Its got a marine park with protected marine life for snorkelling.
